We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business processes, and proprietary data. This confidentiality extends beyond the termination of our service agreement.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

BOUC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• With written notice as specified in service agreements
• Immediately for breach of terms
• For non-payment of fees
• For violation of applicable laws

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
